1. Canon has strong representation across social media platforms and also has many followers.
Canon has 3.24 million followers on Instagram.
Canon has 207.7K followers on Twitter.
One of my favorite things about Canon's Facebook page is that it brings a lot of artistic expression from followers. And to teach many followers how to use the new feature to take pictures of scenes and objects.
Under each post about a new product or feature, many fans have uploaded their work in the comments.
Canon's digital cameras are consumer-friendly. This is reflected in the classification of camera performance. For novice photographers have a simple easy to use the entry camera, for photographers with a certain photography foundation also has a relatively good performance of SLR cameras. Consumers don't have to worry too much about choosing a camera. They can easily find the right camera for themselves.
Canon has adopted a direct-to-consumer strategy in both domestic and foreign markets, selling in retail stores, multi-brand stores and websites. Canon cameras are widely available through online stores like Best buy,Amazon and eBay. In the USA they are extensively available in Costco stores and target stores.
Most users are very satisfied with the performance of Canon cameras, but Canon's service is not good.
I hope they can solve the service problems of customers more quickly, and I hope they can pay more attention to customers.
4. Canon’s strengths, and Keep this goal to success
Canon's camera design is very user-friendly, with many buttons positioned to make it easier for the human hand to press. It also has a variety of camera lenses for a variety of cameras.
Canon also often makes changes to its camera accessories to appeal to consumers, such as designing limited-edition camera packs. Or some influential people will be invited to use the camera, such as former President Barack Obama and international movie star Jackie Chan.
Canon also often offers discounts, such as buying cameras, at a steep discount. And sometimes Canon gives away free camera bags and memory CARDS, as well as the ability to buy another lens for half the price.
5. Canon’s weaknesses and improve weaknesses to succeed
Canon cameras aren't perfect, of course. Canon is slow to update its camera features, and its camera features are less developed than Nikon's. That's why Canon's camera lenses are cheaper than Nikon's.
So, I suggest That Canon can better solve customers' after-sales problems and improve product updates. I hope Canon can use their social media to gather more customer needs and improve its functionality.
6. Canon versus Nikon and SONY
You can see in Google Trend that Canon has more influence around the world and in the United States than its rivals Nikon and SONY. When most people buy a camera, Canon is the first choice. In the Google Trend picture, you can see that there is a period of peak buying. When do you think the peak buying time is?
Yes, it's Black Friday, when people buy cameras for sale. After all, cameras aren't cheap.
And guess why the subsequent purchases were so small?
Yes, because of COVID-19, people don't want to go out, so the demand rate for cameras is greatly reduced.
